If the dealer is charging that little to do the install I would just have them do it. Since they are going to order the bags just tell them what size rear bags you want.
The axis bags do have the cement....but has anyone ever had non-cemented connectors pull out? I have not seen this happen.
If the dealer does it they will probably also warranty any issues you might have on the install down the road.
We sell a good amount of the various axis bags at boardstop and everyone has had good luck installing them but at that price I would go with that deal. Most dealers I know have charged at least $250 to install the pnp.
