I am looking to install additional pumps and bags in my t22.

I bought it sight unseen and the original owner tried to install his own plug n play system. It's janky as no other. So I am ripping it all out and re plumbing the original ballast and also looking to install extra pumps for faster filling.

Thanks guys I will definitely look into it. I have 2 1100's 2 750s and 3 400s I am also going to play with.
(It took that much weight to put out an awesome wave on my 06 x45. Going to test fit the sacs with the original ballast and see what fits.

I am even debating adding additional holes and pumps. Did this for a tigè and a centurion. So much easier than the plug n play.

I have 750s in rear lockers of our T22. I have a 410. My only issue is that, even though I have reinforced the engine panels, when PNP is full, the pressure pops the starboard side panel off the floor rail. I feel like I need a plate on the engine side that rises higher than the rail or a taller rail to hold the panel in place.

750s in rear are perfect for with 300 in bow. usually have 5 people in boat. Weight up front helps lengthen the sweet spot of the wave.

I have 900's in the rear of my T22 and have no issues with my reinforced panels.

Sweet thank you guys for all the input. When I had my mastercrap in the forums I would ask questions and everyone would think I was an idiot so it's nice to be here where people actually help.

So I have been taking with the head mechanic at boulder boats in AZ and they installed plug and play like the 2016 axis. we will see how it does on Wednesday. I ended up doing 600lbs in the rear and a horse shoe bag in the bow so i can add Lead in the bow too!
I will post pics of the wake and wave when we take it out!

I was having the same problem with my 900's in the rear lockers. I ended up putting some aluminum "L" channel right next to the plastic channeling on the engine side. Screwed it in with stainless self tapping screws and now I don't have any issues. The "L" channel runs the whole length of the panel.
