Thanks for all the info and welcomes, we're super excited to hit the water and learn some new stuff.

dezul....those wake/waves look awesome! If I can get that/near that I'll be stoked!! I can clear the wake on the Malibu but it takes quite a hard cut/good speed as the wake is pathetic....that air looks almost scary, LOL.

bama....thanks!! for both the boat and the win. We've got some friends that are bama fans and my wife's one friend was downright pissed, We laughed about it but it took her a week or two to come around.

tlonas2011....thanks man! We usually split time between Alum Creek and Scioto. We are Scioto Boat Club members and there are a handful of malibu/mastercraft/nautique boats on the river we hang out with from time to time. We'd love to meet up wherever sometime, can't have too many friends.

Swivel racks...I do think the swivel racks would be a nice option but it was just a decision to trim the cost where we could. I've also read mixed reviews on people actually using the swivel function or not. I figured down the line we may want to add more racks and we would move these up and have swivel down low.

Stereo....we do plan to add at least a pair of tower speakers hopefully sooner rather than later. After that and checking out others setups I may add a sub/amp to the boat. I have no experience as the boat I'm used to only had a TAPE DECK and 4 speakers. LOL

Heater....we've never had a heater on a boat and it sure sounds nice. I guess we'll see what types of weather we use the boat in and think about adding it down the line. The dealer did say it was an easy add-on after the fact. Good to know it only works under power!

Mirrors.....I will definitely do some more reading on the PTM Edge Mirror. In fact since I wasn't sure what we wanted to do I had the dealer mark down NOT to drill/install the standard mirror on the windshield when it comes in as I want to see it in person and compare it to a couple others before committing to it. Will update....

PNP....I have been doing some research on what is the best choice/route to go on this. The dealer said 400lb in each rear corner and a 750lb bow bag. Everything online I read is to go bigger than that and just don't fill up if you don't want to. I currently have (1) 750 fly high sack so if I could use that and only have to buy 1 more for the other corner that'd be sweet. I'm also talking with a member on here about a used bow sack, a 950lb fly high so I could save some money there. What does everyone recommend? I'd rather do it right and buy things once.

Whew! That was a mouthful, lol. The weather is changing here and it's supposed to be in the 50s for the next couple weeks so I'm hoping the lakes get thawed out and the boat comes on time so we can get on the water sometime next month. I'll probably have plenty of stupid questions and I'm sure will make a thread or two about changes we want to make, etc. Hope to meet some of you guys sometime, it'd be nice to put a face to all the names.

Just a thought .... why not consider a used A24 or A22 with more options? Bigger boat, more for the buck. A lot of great boats our there at new A20 prices.

PNP would be a definate GO. If it's not important on the fitting size (for me it was to use the larger 1-1/8"), you can just order or posibly get a used 750 to match what you have. The 950 in the front would work great. I have the T22 and use the 550, often we add more weight and passengers to get the longer wake.

Swivel racks are a must if you have a boat shelter and do tie-up unless you want to risk the boards hitting the shelter posts or another boat on tie-up with rollers. That said, you can always add em later and have extra racks!

Good question. Had to be 14+ for surfgate and had to be under 22'. The used ones we were seeing weren't much if any savings over new and none were exactly what we wanted or any warranty.

A20 was the best price, 10% more for an A22 didn't see worth it to me. My wife didn't like the T22 because of the standard bow.

I'm not concerned with fitting size so that's good to know about the ballast.

And yeah, on the swivel racks I actually just called my dealer to ask what the up-charge fee would be to swap out the 2 fixed for 2 swivel and he said about $500. Debating this right now.....does this sound right? Decisions, decisions.

****UPDATE.....We just called the dealer and switch it over to a T22....ahhhhhh. Talk about last minute changes. Slightly less than $2k more but it's 2ft longer so I figure that's good bang for the buck, right?

***I have been mulling over the decision for a few days and my wife and I just sat down and I think I convinced her for the slight difference in cost the extra space is worth it even if we give up the picklefork bow which she really wanted. In the pictures the T22 bow looks larger anyways soooo *fingers crossed* she doesn't kill me when this thing shows up.

Any concerns over the base motor in this thing? That's definitely out of budget so if it won't work I guess I might need to switch back to the A20. LOL my dealer guy loves me I bet.

Base motor will be fine. You will need to upgrade to a 2315 or 2419 prop....which is about $600. Prepare your anus for all the accessories you will want to buy.

LOL. Yeah, I've already created a folder of bookmarks of stuff I want to buy. It's easily over a thousand already and we haven't even gotten the boat yet....I can see why they say Bust Out Another Thousand. :D

I've been reconsidering our choice of no carpet since we didn't like the Aqua mat.....did anyone order w/out carpet or am I crazy?

T22 has plenty of room! The bow has plenty of room for 2 maybe even 3 adults. Only thing I dislike about the T22, is the bow cup holders. You have to tip over your can to fit it in there lol.

If your talking about a 15' T22, I would wait on props because of the new gear ratios.. might not be needed

Swivel racks are a must have. If you tie up to other boats its nice to swivel them in. Also makes it easier to clean the bugs off when u can swivel it in lol.

Heater you can add later. I added the heater myself.

And PNP is obvious lol

Personally, I would always get a carpet of some kind. The textured fiberglass floor can still be a bit slippery when wet and the carpet just makes every ton feel more comfortable. I prefer snap in carpet over the tatami mat, but that's just personal preference.

It is a 15 T22 and honestly I've never had a boat with ballast so I will hold off on the prop now as I'm unsure how much weight we will actually use. I do want a spare prop just in case though so will spring for it at some point.

We changed out the order to swivel racks...partially for the swivel ability but also partially because if we do add swivel racks down the road I want them all to match.

Heater will be up for debate I'm sure after this fall.

Added the carpet as well as deleting the chillax seating when we switched to the T22 from A20. The A20 I was thinking there really wasn't much floor space so carpet may not be a big deal but on the T22 I knew I'd want it. We also just went with the carpet vs tatami mat because of the feeling, we didn't like that mat.
