As far as aggressiveness in Acme popular props from least aggressive to most aggressive holeshot, it goes as follows: 1235, 2313, 2315, and 2419. I have the 2419 with the L96 motor (aka: 410hp) and it's the tractor tug of props. If the 2419 can't do it, you need more motor. In my opinion, if you are considering the 2313 but are on the fence about it just get the slightly more aggressive 2315. The difference in rpm and speed is negligible but the 2315 has just a bit more holeshot.
Don't forget the 2249 and 2247.. not sure where they fit on this list though.

AJ what is your ballast set up? My boat came with the 2313 so I may be looking for a little more grunt. What kind of performance difference could I expect If I went to the 2419?
Tanks full, 900's rear, 950 bow sack (it's the Fly High one and it probably fills to 650-700 because the center cushion will push up when full), 800 floor sack (sometimes 2 of them when I feel like it), and 400 in the front walkway, and wedge. This is for surfing though. For wakeboarding I'll do the 900's about 2/3 to 3/4 full, tanks, bow sack, and extra 400 in the walkway, plus wedge. The extra 400-650 in the bow is key. It helps with planing, helps firm up the wake for more pop, and it brings to bow down some. I only ride with 2-5 and 5 would be a lot on my boat when wakeboarding or surfing as all of my lake friends have their own boats. As for performance you'll lose probably 2-3mph on the top but you'll gain more hole shot on the bottom
