For you guys who change your own oil. What filter are you using? 2016 with 350 motor.

I use this for a 409 but according to the Crusader manual they use the same

Wix is 51515... Napa's are made by wix (or vice verse, I can't remember) but they're good. Mobil Delvac oil. Easy day.

Is there any advantage to using a "marine" filter, like maybe directly from PCM, or is it ok to just go with a "regular" V8 engine oil filter?

A filter is a filter. Nothing "marinized" about the marine versions. Just a different name printed on it at usually the exact same factory
