This has probably been asked before, but I cannot find an answer for my question. I own a 2011 Axis A20 with the factory ballast tanks and the factory PNP bags as well (950 in bow and 400 in rear lockers). No surfgate, floating wedge. I would like to upgrade my ballast tanks for a much larger surf wake. I've heard different opinions between 750 lb bags and 900 lb bags...mostly with no definitive answer on which way to go (some say 950s won't fit, others say they do). Boat has the 335 engine and an Acme 1235 prop. We are in Denver and would love to hear your recommendations. I would love to go with the 900s (will they fit? do I need to re-route some of the plumbing?, should we go with the straight-line sumos or the fly high, etc), but don't know if this would require a prop upgrade as well, and don't want to kill my time to plane when wake boarding (although we would not be filling them completely for wake boarding), or end up plowing through the lake when surfing. Thanks for your input.

I have the 750's (flyhigh) in the back of my a20 and they fit great, especially after moving the rear drain hose all the way to the back (I think my 13 has different ballast plumbing than your 11 though) I run the acme 2079 prop and have no problem getting on plane with the ballast full and wedge down for wakeboarding or surfing.
