2015 Drop in cooler?

Sorry for all of the questions, I just picked up my new 2015 A20. Is the drop in cooler on my build sheet just a little bin in the corner? Not an actual insulated cooler?

I believe it is just a bin. I can't imagine where'd they put in an actual 36qt Axis cooler in the small cabin

Mine has an actual like camping cooler but smaller. It's under the seat port side behind the battery boxes. Mines a 2016 though.

The drop in cooler is under the seat on the starboard side on my 2016 T23. It is a 36 qt Igloo drop in. On the A20 it might be different, I am not sure.

Interesting, dealer is telling me it is the bin, not insulated.

A22, A24, T22, and T23 has the room under the seats for an actual cooler. Factory one is the Igloo Marine 36qt. There is a 48qt Coleman that fits the A24, T22, and T23 (not sure about the 2015+ A22 because of the cushion issue). I don't think Axis planned the space in the A20 for the recessed area under the seats for an actual cooler in the A20 just because it's already limited in under seat storage due to cabin size. I could be wrong though.

Here's mine. Just took it out of the boat today because we could use the storage area for something else. This was in the boat when I bought and is listed on the build sheet. I have a 2016 A20. It fits in a recess under the side seat on the port/left side of the boat (just behind the batteries).

My A20 came with the same one but I keep it under the cushion directly behind drivers seat. It fits perfect and will free up the storage on the port side.

I got a Coleman cooler from dicks for $20 and it fits perfect in the recess under the seat behind the driver....but I've moved my cooler to under the port side dash and prefer it there honestly. Now you don't have to lift a seat off and set it somewhere to grab a drink, just lift the hinged seat back and reach in the cooler. Bonus is having extra weight on port side since I surf regular.

I got the same cooler a few days ago. Fits the recess area in the A24 better and holds more...48qts vs 36qts
