So what do you do when you're out on the lake and you have your factory ballasts filled and then realize the pumps will not drain? Hasn't happened to me but just want to make sure I can get them drained before loading on the trailer if it ever happened.

I have never had it happen, muchless all three at once. If I had one bag not drain I would probably turn on the bildge, disconnected of the if fittings and let it drain into the bilge to be pumped out.

Any other thoughts??

I've had a pnp line pinch and wouldn't drain so had to pop a line off and kick on the bilge but if hardtanks are full and the pump dies your sol unless you keep an extra cartridge on the boat

It's probably not that big of a deal, I had it happen last weekend on the left rear tank due to debris. We loaded at the end of the day and I freed the pump impeller the next morning. Usually if the pump quits due to debris it will flip the circuit breaker. The first time this happened it was on the "arrow" bag in the front, I drained the bag in the bilge after getting the boat out of the water. I've never had to tow the boat very far with any water in the ballast. A screwdriver and pliers is all the tools necessary to access the pumps and disassemble.
