anyone else in here have a problem with the hull of their boat and malibu won't stand behind it??????

i have had 3 people look at it and they all say it's a structural defect that caused the cracks and holes in the hull

malibu's response is i am the second owner so they don't warranty it to me...

boat has been down since July 8th it has 367 hours on it(i bought it with 20 hours on it 3 years ago)

i had just spent over 5 grand on it this past spring with a gatorstep install throughout the boat and ceramic coat on it as well!

and now its useless ... I cannot believe they won't stand behind their product, merry Christmas to me huh!,

I don't want a new one I want this one fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stand behind your product malibu!

anyone else had this issue???
