I'm currently installing my Sumo sacks in the rear locker's of my T23 and immediately noticed that there were only two lines in each locker. In previous years there were three; a fill, a drain, and a vent. Is this something that has changed for the 2015 model year. I'm curious to know if this will work, both lines are along the floor, no lines to attach to the top front port on my sumo sack... Do they just fill as overflow from the hard tanks and then drain back into the hard tanks when emptying?

Look up in the top it's probably tucked away. I just picked up my t22 yesterday and thought the same. But upon further looking I found the vent line hidden up top

Do drain lines connect to a pump to pump water out?
And vent lines just vent out with no pump?

You have a forward and aft drain hose and a fill hose that will be tucked behind the wall next to the valve. I had to take the wall off to get mine out.
The 2 drain lines actually drain into your hard tanks; where you have dedicated drain pumps already attached. Your bag will drain via gravity.
Your vent lines are only connected to your hard tanks (and you bow sack if you have one installed). Much debate on venting your rear sacks or not has happened on this forum. I personally vent mine by Y-ing into the existing hard tank vent.
Just post up on here if you need assistance. Do not forget to make the mod to the rear line like we did IOT get your bags as far back against the transom as possible. Doing this will also give you more storage under the corner seats that is not impacted by full bags.

Thanks guys, I found the fill line tucked way up along the sides.
I saw a thread on here regarding the modification to the rear drain line in order to move the bags back as far as possible, I plan on working on that tonight.
If all goes well, I will test on Tuesday if the remaining fittings I ordered arrive before then and I can get the bow bag installed without the assistance of my kids...
