sooooo. Finally finished up this project and wanted to do my first "write up/review" for those of you out there possibly wanting to take this on. To summarize i give the product a 9/10 thus far (a week old and there is always room for improvement), and the process/service i received was a 3/10.....eventually working its way to a 4/10.
This took approximately 4 months (way outside what was ever quoted) between getting the template material from seadek, letting them complete CAD drawings, getting dry fit examples, correcting those, and a lot of back and forth about getting logos in the right spot(s).
The main issue to stay on top of turned out to be small details like how large the AXIS logo was to be, and for some reason as I went back and forth drawings they would provide me would gain a logo in the center of the boat, only to lose the one on the swim deck and vice versa. As you can see even with finished material the swim deck was missing the logo; which they are correcting for me so I will have a backup.
i have not finished installing the top deck portions, but have finished the rear deck, cup holder step, and boat floor. Of course this is useless without pics so look below. I copied the textured portion of the floor so anyone could use my order to simply copy it which would make it incredibly fast....the one piece i would recommend template(ing) yourself would be there your feet go.....the hole giving access to the center plug could be off by a centimeter and would look terrible.
Product is mocha/black faux teak...and damn its soft on your feet

Looks really really good. Only question I have is how much did it end up costing.

Thanks for posting. This would be a good solution for my stinky carpet problem. I think I would just do the cabin and not the swim deck - would that look weird? Please PM me with the approx price if you are not comfortable sharing publicly.
