Stereo install is about to start. Any suggestions on 2 7/8" clamps for the tower speakers.

I did the same, with the unloaded cans.

Nice setup. I have thought about switch to all kicker in my boat. I get the kicker line at 70 percent off. Are you putting one alpine remote on the transom and one in the bow?

I think the bow area would be nice; however, no one is ever in my bow so I really cant judge. I dont think you would need it in the cockpit. I used to install systems in Centurion boats.

Let us know how it sounds, looks like you have all the goodies! I'm curious about how those kickers compare to other tower speakers, I have a friend who can get them at a discount also.

Also just out of personal preference but I wouldn't put the transom control on mainly because this has happened several times in my boat but someone will mistakenly lean against It and accidentally turn the volume all the way up, I was lucky and had my amps adjusted for max volume on the deck, since the third time it happened I just unplugged it, I never really found It to be too convenient to have in the first place. If I'm going to climb on the deck to adjust the volume someone is gonna ask for a beer, so i'll end up climbing all the way in anyway,

I totally agree. I do not have on installed on my boat and I never miss it. Someone is usually always in the boat at some point and they can change the song or volume.

Oh, by the way, looks like your gonna have a killer system when you finish.
