Hey all, recently pulled off my rub rail on my 2013 A20 and noticed all the holes across the deck/hull joint are completely open. There are around 20+ around the joint.
Isn't there supposed to be rivets, through bolts, or at least marine-grade sealant? Heard that you could get water into the hull through the rub rail and also have some slight hull separation that I'm wondering if this is contributing... any thoughts?
Bought some Plexus for the hull separation and BoatLife Life Seal for the holes - but wondering if I should throw rivets into these holes.

I do not believe that they used rivets to hold them both together. The adhesive or glassing is the way they keep them both together. Someone let me know if I have this wrong. But I dont ever remember seeing any mechanical fittings holding the halves together.

Right on - really appreciate the reply! I threw some LifeBoat Life Seal in the holes for good measure.
