I am new to the forum so I appologize if this topic has been brought up, but I am getting my A22 in a few weeks and I still can't decide if I want to shell out the $2200 & change for the Z5.
My dealer did not have another boat with a Z5 for me to look at or compare with the other bimini.
Do any other members have the Z5 and think it is worth the extra money?
What are the main differences(advantages/disadvantages)?
Any info would be great!

I think it looks cooler than the stock bimini. Its also nice to be able to strap a tube or handlaid fiberglass surf boards up there. That said, I have not been able to justify the expense personally (yet)....

that's a chunk of change. Anyone have some close-ups of the z5 on their ride?

Some pics would be great! The $$$ is steering me away(but some would say that is chump change for a 60+k boat...but $2200 will pay for alot of gas).
I just don't want to look back and say DANG...wish I had the Z5 later...

I love mine. You can call my dealer, Joyce, at 423 336 1088 and see what she can do on a z5 shipped to you. I bet she can beat that price.

You can stand on the damn thing it's so sturdy. I towed 12 hours at 70 mph with it up weekend before last btw.

Thanks for the pics Chattwake. I am leaning towards it now...I may have to call to see if it is a better aftermarket price.
SWEEETT boat (love the the steering wheel...gives an old school look..NICE!). I went with the black and red accents being a big UGA fan.

Thanks for the pics Chattwake. I had one on the Supra and you're right about towing at 70mph. Does yours have the zippered pockets just above driver and passenger on underside of z5 canvas?

If I was to do it over again, the Z5 would be on my build sheet. The price steered us away, but there have been plenty of times that the extra cargo capacity would have been incredibly useful.
