Alright,
Now that the season is upon us and everyone is getting ready for warm weather I have to ask a question.....
I have been working off of the same playlist from iTunes for the last two years with a few additions and deletions. What is everyones choice when it comes to music for your boat.....? iTunes, Spotify, Pandora, etc...? And why...?

I've always been a pandora guy but was thinking of ponying up for Spotify during boating season this year. Get to create you own playlists as if you own the songs for 9.99 or something? That ain't a bad deal. Basically been working on my boat playlist all winter long through their app while at the gym haha

Im a fan of Spotify. It's a good deal sound quality is decent. Does anyone remember when we used to pay over $17 for a CD? would you buy one every other month? Same price a Spotify for almost all the music you could ever imagine.

i have spotify, but rarely use it on the boat because of data usage. i did recently get a $50 sirus tuner from best buy and put in the boat and glad i did. they even sell an extended warranty for like $5 that covers water damage!

I just run music from a usb drive. I typically get my music from youtube. Search youtube to mp3 converter in google. It seems to work out well.

Yeah, I get most of mine from youtube and convert it. Just getting tired of the same 100 plus songs over and over again. All day on the lake Sat and Sun every weekend all summer and just looking for something different. Leaning hard toward Spotify. Still have an unlimited data plan with ATT so should be good.

if you pay the $9 a month for spotify you can create playlists with as many songs as you want and download the songs... when you play those songs it doesn't stream the music. I create playlists from my home wifi and play the downloaded version when I am not by wifi. when you stop paying for spotify, you no longer have access to those songs.

This. We don't have cell coverage at a couple lakes and I got really tired of my iPod.
