My carport is 12' wide x 24' long x 9' high. My boat fits good under it. I suggest getting a cover for the swim platform. If I had to do it again, I would have went 26' long and 8' high. My A22 fits great under it but it does max out the length of the carport.

I actually found a 12x30 (12 ft high) so assuming city will allow I'm ordering it. I will not worry about the platform as it is being replaced but I will get a cover for the new one. Thanks

I also am in the NW and struggled year after year with your same dilemma. I was paying 180/mo for covered storage at a facility in the north end. I ended up putting a 14x30 metal carport on the backside of my property......it has already paid for itself. Plus my boat is always here, not 30 min away. I wish it would fit in my garage but even with the platform off its still not doable.

Hey where did you buy yours? Finally got city to say they will approve with engineered drawings. Going to buy a 16x30 with 14ft wide door I hope.

I know it's a ways from you but they cover the whole state. Sales and installation.

Awesome man thank you. Wonder if they sell the west coast metal buildings? Are you happy with yours?

They build their own. I compared with West Coast and the build quality was much different, much better with Deer Creek.

Just make sure whichever one you go with uses a good anchor system. Mine has a pier block buried every 5 feet on both sides. Some (including West Coast I believe) just pound rebar in and call it good. With the wind we get that is not enough.
