So you're saying the sac drains into the tank and then stops draining?
That's what I'm trying to figure out too. Sounds like a total newbie to wake boat terminology.
What are you talking about???!!! There's either the tank or the ballast sack that holds water...which is it that won't drain???!!! All you are saying is "the compartment"...what part???!!!. You gotta help us so we can help you.
Here's an little info for you. The rear ballast compartment has 2 drain lines. Some people use only 1 if the PnP sack only has 1 drain port. Most of the newer PnP ballast sacks have 2 drain ports on the ends of the sacks. When you connect those drain hoses (1 or both) they will drain into the rear ballast tank located under the floor (there's one on each side of the engine of the boat). From there they will drain out of the boat via a drain pump (there's a drain pump for EACH side). Either you have a priming issue with the pump (air in a looped part of the drain line), the cartridge in the pump could be blocked or defective, the pump is broke, or possibly an electrical issue which is not turning on the pump. I don't think there's a kink in the drain line from the sack to the tank because they are pretty short anyways and need to be trimmed for larger sacks. However, there could be a slight chance of a kink in the line under the floor to the drain thru-hull...unlikely but possible.
