King county requires a concrete pad so mine will be bolted down to a 6" slab with thickened edges. It should never move :) but I agree if saw how they do it to bare ground and thought it was not very good.

So just got approval from health dept and city. Ordered a steel building that is 31x16 with 14ft walls. Will also have a 14 x 12 door (12 high). Hopefully be completed in March :)

My boat finally has a dry home :) need to cut the trim and wire it but hard part is done.Image
