Hey guys! Just wanted to post a little video of me riding last season. I was looking to see if anyone out there has any good pointers to help me clean it up a little! My biggest goal this season is to be more constant with toe side jumps and leans more toe side tricks so i can stop being a heel side hero haha. Any tips for topside jumps is much appreciated! My music in the video was inspired by my favourite youtube video "Hyperlite wakeboarding Rocks" I currently ride behind a 2014 Axis a22 with the 410 motor and torque prop. I ride at 75 ft 20-21 mph 750 rear pnp, 950 front pnp, all hard tanks full, wedge deployed, two 400lb sacks on floor, 200lb lead up front and 2 adult passengers.
Thanks for watching! i hope to see other video footage from you guys in the comments below!

You're better than I am but it looks like your losing your balance in the air for toeside jumps. David O'Caoimh has a youtube video talking about this and yours reminded me of him showing what it looked like when you come off of your edge too early. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=66TuI4y3wPE @ 4:10
Just keep riding. You have better skills than most already.
I would recommend the book box set. It has hours of instruction. It is no longer in print but we bought a bunch of them so we would have sets to sell in the future. We have them on boardstop and boardflix.com
Learnwake.com is a great site. You can even post videos and have them critique them. I think you have to be a member to do this but it doesn't cost much at all.

Learnwake is a great site. I use it and hope to post some videos this summer for their review.
Is it just me or dos that seem like a ton of weight if you are learning? I have a couple guys who compete regularly and the sweet spot has been 750's in the rear, hard tanks full, and front bag with no wedge.
I find this setup gives me the best shape but keeps the wake nice and firm with a good lip and nice landing area! I enjoy hearing other riders setups so I can try them out and find the next best thing haha
Yea I think that setup is way overkill. You should put the wedge away and drop half of your ballast. Shorten the rope to 65' and work from there. The wedge makes the wake very steep and aggressive making it almost unpredictable. Good height comes from proper technique not stupid big wakes. Ron burgundy is spot on with his post. Drop the weight and get back to basics.

Deffinately don't need the wedge for wakeboarding unless your Randall etc., axis's love alot of bow weight though as you'll see most guys run all the factory + pnp full then an extra 750 or so in the bow walkway or some lead
