Just buy a pontoon. I would leave the grills off of wake boat unless you plan to camp. Then you can get one for land. I would have a tough time allowing charcoal on my boat. Gas would be about the same. I am not as anal as most but I try to prevent smoking too. Check out overton's and see what options they have.

Skip the grill, just put some fully cooked ribs or BBQ chicken in foil or some chicken tenders in a box from KFC, Church's, or Bush's chicken and put on the engine tray. It stays plenty warm. I do it all the time. Pizza stays warm as well...hence why it's referred to as the pizza tray by the Malibu guys years ago

So we got a group that ties up in a party cove. Couple Yamaha's and a MC have grills they whip out. I nudged my wife and pointed at them. She said no! i looked around the boat quick, and can't really see where I'd add the mount for it.....so for now, it's still subway in the cooler.

Pre cook some ribs and then wrap them in foil. Place over the mover cover and then will be warm and ready to go when you are.

Clamp it on to the rear grab rail over the swim platform when you want to use it. Fill rear ballast to get your platform underwater so any drippins don't stain the platform mat. When done, stow it in a cooler so it doesn't make a mess. http://www.magmaproducts.com/Products/M ... 0-205.html

I just could not see myself with a grill on a wakeboard boat. If it were my 1983 Ski Nautique I might consider it cause I could care less what happened to that old beater.
I'm all for the 'hot' box in the boat. Some KFC, hotdogs, ribs etc would be my bet. Or pull up to the local on the water burger joint.
