I own 16 of these: http://www.lowes.com/pd_786616-82393-SU ... 0007201001

But if I wasn't trailering my boat and had no gas on my lake, I'd probably put a big tank in the back of a pickup.

I don't want to trailer my boat 10+ miles to get gas and I don't want to pay the $1+ extra to get it on the lake so I put this in he back of my truck, strap it down, fill it up, then bring it back and fill up my boat. The hand crank kinda sucks but only takes about 4-5 minutes to empty the tank.

This is what I use at the lake. I have two 15 gallon jugs from flow fast with hand crank transfer pump. Really quick to refill the boat and get back on the water!

No issues with leaking. the cap is sealed by an o-ring. The pump works really well, very good quality and very fast. I can empty both 15 gallon jugs in about 5 minutes

No leaking at all on mine either. The cap creates a good seal. Also the pump can be turned in reverse once you're filled so whatever is left in the hose is put back into the tank. No spills!!
