Question:

I have sumo 900's in my rear lockers. No plumbed venting. I have always manually vented them, but at times have seen water come out the vents for the hards when I go back to vent. Is it possible for the bags to fill and overflow out of the hards? Or is this too much pressure on the bag? Could be a stupid question, but when they were close to full, is when I saw the water flow out.

Yeah once the bags get full of water (or air with enough pressure) it will force water out the vents from the tanks. At least it does on my A20.

I relocated the vent to the top of my bag and do not have any issues with venting or overflowing.

The vent from the factory tanks?

Also, is there any concern of pressure on the PNP bags if you let them fill and overflow from force?

Yes, You take the barbed fitting out of the hard tank and install a plug. Then tie the vent line to the top of the PNP bag. By doing this you can keep the vent line higher than the overflow and the pressure of the bag will not push water out of the hard tank. The tank vents into the bag and out the overflow so you never needing to burp the system. It will also be more "free flowing" and the bag will drain better. The only parts you will need is a 3/4 plug and a 3/4" fitting to connect to the bag. It took me about 15 minutes to do both bags.
