Couple weekends back when changing plugs and wires I accidentally pulled apart a wire on the starboard surf gate sensor wires. I forgot to fix the wire and when I started the boat got starboard surf gate failure. I reattached the wire and the next time I took it out it is now saying port and starboard surf gate failure. I tried resetting system by turning off batteries over night, did surfgate recalibration and also didn’t work in surfgate service mode. I found 2 breakers and checked both and not tripped. Any ideas? Bad relay?

I have had the surf gate relay pack replaced before. The gate was giving us strange behavior, so the tech just replaced that relay pack All the issues went away after that relay pack was replaced. We were under warranty, so I didn't have to pay for the pack. I would do some research on the relay pack and see if that could be causing your issues.
